To let us manage your advertising, you can connect your Meta business assets through Facebook Login for Business. In the Facebook dialog you choose exactly which ad account, Facebook Page and Instagram account to share with us. When you do, and depending on the permissions you approve, we:
business_management): read which business assets you selected and add our business portfolio (ANEL & CO) as a partner on those assets, so our team can work in them. You keep full ownership of your assets.ads_management): create, launch, pause and optimise the campaigns you have asked us to run, within the budget you agreed with us, and read their performance (spend, impressions, reach, clicks, leads) for your reports.pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement): read the name, profile picture and linked Instagram account of the Pages you selected, to link them to your account and use them as the advertiser identity in your ads.instagram_basic): read the username and profile picture of the Instagram professional account linked to your Page, to show it in your dashboard and use it in your ads.We access only the assets you selected and act only on your behalf. We do not sell Meta data, do not use it to build profiles of the people who see your ads, and do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide the Services. Access tokens are stored securely on our servers and are available only to our systems and team.
How to remove our access: at any time, in Meta Business Settings remove Improovy under Integrations → Connected apps and remove ANEL & CO under Partners, or ask us at davran@improovy.ae and we will do it for you. Our use of information received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Retention: we keep campaign and performance data while you are our client and for up to 12 months after the service ends, for your reporting and our accounting. After you remove our access or ask for deletion, we delete the stored access tokens and the Meta data we hold about you within 30 days (see Section 9).
For business clients who ask us to manage their online presence, we offer the option to connect their Google account so that we can manage their Google Business Profile and Google Ads on their behalf. When you connect through Google's OAuth flow and grant the requested permissions:
business.manage scope): we access and manage your business listing information — such as name, address, phone, hours, categories, description, photos, reviews and posts — to keep your profile accurate and optimised.adwords scope): we access your advertising account to read campaign performance (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) for reporting, and to create and manage the lead-generation campaigns you have asked us to run.Improovy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the services you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Data received from Meta is kept as described in Section 3. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 9). We may retain certain information as required by UAE law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyse platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the platform.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To request deletion of your data, please visit our Data Deletion page or contact us at davran@improovy.ae.
We will process deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Your information may be stored and processed in the United Arab Emirates or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
